She was born June 5, 1941, in Malad, Idaho. An administrator in the child care advocacy field, she was a 50-year resident of Las Vegas. She is survived by her husband, Richard; and daughter, Lisa Evans, both of Las Vegas; sons, James of Spokane, Wash., and Kenneth of Las Vegas; sister, Karen Everett of Goodsprings; brother, Paul Ossmen of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Palm Mortuary-Jones and from noon until services at 1 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2003 at the Hacienda Heights chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The family requests memorial donations be made to child care resources.
