She was born August 17, 1901 in Cherry Creek to Joseph Aldridge and Harriet Landon. She lived in Holbrook, Newdale, and Teton, Idaho. She married Kenneth William Siddoway on Valentine's Day 1921. They had 3 children: Howard who was stillborn; James Earl; and Vera Ann who lived only 11 days. Her husband Kenneth was killed in an accident October 12, 1938. She married Robert Alvie Thomson, July 21, 1947. He died on December 31, 1982. Emma lived on the Siddoway Farm just East of Teton most of her life until poor health required her to move to the Ashton Living Center. She was a member the LDS church, serving during her lifetime as a Sunday school and Primary Teacher. She was active in raising her son and then being a grandmother to her three grandchildren, Christine, Kenneth and David. She helped farm and also raised poultry for eggs and meat, which she sold to the local markets for extra income. She loved gardening and had a beautiful yard. She is survived by her son, J. Earl (Jean) Siddoway (Jean) of Teton, three Grandchildren, Christine (Jay) Patterson of Longmont, Col., Kenneth W. (Sylvia) Siddoway of Teton and David (Shelley) Siddoway of Richland, Washington; two sisters, Fern Rogers of Boise and Faye Cart of Nampa; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters, both of her husbands and two children. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Teton LDS Church. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7-8:30 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary at 581 E First North, St. Anthony and again on Wednesday from 1-1:45 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at the Teton-Newdale Cemetery. The family suggests donations be made to the Salvation Army, 605 N. Blvd, Idaho Falls, ID 83401
