For everyone's information, it's best not to pass addresses and phone number on this list as it is archived and available online. It is best to pass them privately, directly to my email address: mike@saintclair.org. Let me know if I can help you get access to the Cassia county marriages. I can see they are on microfilm from 1874 through 1934. That's three full reels of images. If you can't get at those locally, I could copy some and send a few pages at a time if that would be useful. What is the Luella Petition? Maybe some of us can help. I'd be delighted to help you get search engines on your three county sites. How about I set them up, then send you the code you would need to insert and send you the account information and passwords? I would set those up using FreeFind. Does that sound okay to you? I do have all the sites connected to the Idaho State search engine, but it sometimes takes weeks or even months for a new resource to show up. It can be very handy to have county specific search engine that will update weekly.
