GEM CO.  -- I've created 42 new pgs since adoption May 6; New, major files are: 1) "Veterans Graves at Emmett Cemetery" (from local museum & VFW); 2) completed Sweet-Montour Cemetery inventory and added 510 headstone photos; 3) Ola cemetery inventory with 226 photos; 4) Pearl cemetery with 40 headstone photos. VALLEY CO -- Fifteen new pgs since adoption in May; major new file: 1) Valley Co. post offices & post masters. BOISE CO. -- Fifteen new pgs since adoption in June; major new files: 1) Boise Co. post offices & post masters; 2) Death records from Newspapers, files courtesy of Charlotte S., in progress. This is going to be an very important asset when completed; not only does it include death information for residents of the original Boise Co., but also elsewhere in the state, covering the pre-death certificate yrs.
