Between doing some of my graduate studies, I managed to get the IDGenWeb Project updated with some new items. I hope everyone will enjoy them. 1.    1.  Idaho Legacy Roots features the McConnel Family. Thanks to one of our own Sharon McConnel, who gave me permission to add her family roots. Three photographs are also added. Thanks Sharon! 2.    2.  Genealogy Research Technique features “10 Census Questions That Lead to More Answers” presented by Ancestry.com. Great resource to review. 3.    3.  NEW! Idaho Resource Library in our “Special Projects” page. I’ve added an excerpt of the Women of the West, featuring women of the State of Idaho in 1928. It features three interesting stories, many biographies of progressive women across the state, and a few photographs. Also, please take a look at any of our orphan counties and see if you or someone you might know could be one of those tender loving caring person to care for one of these counties. Well I hope you take the time to read through these wonderful new editions to the IDGenWeb Project. If you think you have something to add to the website, and then give me a holler! But, holler really, really loud as  I am hearing impaired since Arkansas and Idaho is a distant from each other. No! Seriously, just email me and save the voice! All is well in my neck of the woods! The weather been beautiful except for the one night of severe thunderstorms, we got some rain and lots of noise. My poor guide dog, Rhapsody was truly upset by all the thundering. I had to sit down with her, on her bed and comfort her. We haven’t severe in a long time. I hope all is well in your area and enjoying the warming-up weather. Thanks Mike.  It is good to be part of an exciting project.  I have used USGENWEB many times for other states.  Sometime, there isn't much on some of the sites.  It is sad to see that.  So I want to do my part to make sure information about Canyon County's history is shared on the Canyon County IDGENWEB site.
