    3. Hey Kelly, no problem. Just relax here. The woman didn't have much to go on either. Not sure why she haven't gone through the adoption agency but from what I notices in my own research, she let an attorney take care of the baby's adoption and it seems that the baby was place in foster care for about a year before he was adopted out. She placed on this registry in 2008: Adoption Registry Profile Listing #184418 Date Posted: 14-Sep-2008 Surname(s): BABY BOY JOHNSON : FISCHER : JOHNSON : PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON : REX MCINTIRE Query Text: Baby boy Johnson Born 1/1/73 in fort worth texas @ North west hospital to my Birth mother PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON AGE 19 @ TIME OF MY BIRTH. Her home state was Idaho Private adoption the lawyer was REX MCINTIRE OF THE FT WORTH TX AREA. Also seeking other adoptees who were Rex Mcintire babys and B moms as well to compare notes on him and north west hospital . Baby boy Johnson ISO bmom PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON OR ANY BIRTH RELITIVE. Associated Regions: United States URL: http://www.adopteeconnect.com/d/a/184418 Though I found (surfing the internet) that a "Patricia Gayle Johnson" obituary but it was he wrong one since this Patricia was born in 1940. The Patricia we are supposed to be looking for was born in 1953 or 1954. I also found there were several Patricia's in the Fort Worth area high school yearbooks from Ancestry.com. At first the race was known to me until I found another adoption registry that the mother was white as some of the high school picture had some black girls in them. So those where out of the question. Then I found this on CousinConnection.com: Surname(s): BABY BOY JOHNSON : FISCHER : JOHNSON : PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON : REX MCINTIRE Query Text: Baby boy Johnson Born 1/1/73 in fort worth texas @ North west hospital to my Birth mother PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON AGE 19 @ TIME OF MY BIRTH. Also seeking other adoptees who were Rex Mcintire babys and B moms as well to compare notes on him and north west hospital . Baby boy Johnson ISO bmom PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON OR ANY BIRTH RELITIVE. Associated Regions: United States I also found this Patricia in a more recent year: PATRICIA GAYLE JOHNSON Trimble Technical High School Ft. Worth, TX Class of 1972 Member Since: Jun 8, 2010 I checked this against the yearbooks on Ancestry.com: U.S. School Yearbooks about Patricia Johnson Name: Patricia Johnson Estimated Birth Year: abt 1949 Age: 20 School: Technical High School School Location: Fort Worth, Texas Year: 1969 Yearbook Title: Green B 1969 What I found interesting about this HS Patricia in Texas is that she's blond hair. I found this adoption registry with more detail given: Adoptee Information Baby Boy Johnson Gender:Male Adoptee Name:Jacques Alexander Fischer Birth Date:Jan 1, 1973 Birth Place:Texas Birth Mother:Patricia Gayle Johnson Birth Father:Unknown Adoption Date:1973-01-03 Hospital:North West Hospital Agency/Attorney:Rex Mcintire Lawyer Send PM Add Note Block User Add Contact Contact Info Submitted By: Jacques Fischer (User Jackgabe), An Adoptee, on Sep 14, 2008 advertisement Adoptee Details Nick Name BABY BOY JOHNSON Height Average Hair Color Blonde Eye Color Blue Race White Occupation Mechanical Education Some college Married Yes Spouse Name MARIA FISCHER URL: http://registry.adoption.com/records/518454.html Is it possible she lived in Texas longer than the patrons thinks? She might have gone to HS in Texas? More questions to add to all of this. Matt Friend

    1. [IDGENWEB] Monthly Roll Call - November 1, 2012
    2. Matthew D. Friend
    3. Good Morning Idahoans, This month and forward, I'm going to be doing only one roll call announcement a month. So it's your job to make yourself known to me, personally, or to this list. It's up to you. I'm glad to have all of your guys on my team. You're a great bunch. I hope ya'll will continue to serve your county well and make your patrons proud of your hard work. Anyway, I'll start by saying that IDGenWeb doing well and I'm checking in for Ada and Blaine counties. Sherri Bradley, our National Coordinator for the USGenWeb Project was contacted last fall by a reporter from the "Farmer's Almanac" for an interview about online genealogical research. The article got published recently for the "Farmer's Almanac 2013" edition, called "Digging Up Roots" (URL: http://www.farmersalmanac.com/home-garden/2012/10/29/digging-up-roots/). It's uncertain how long this link will be up but it's a great source to share with your patrons on your county's website(s) and other places too. The link will also be placed on th USGenWeb Project website to be shared with our volunteers and researchers alike. Thanks to Farmer's Almanac (URL: http:farmersalmanac.com/) for recognizing USGenWeb and its volunteers for being the continributing cause for fre access to genealogical research. Sherri Bradley extended her wishes to ya'll ... "Thanks to EVERYONE that works to make the USGenWeb Project what it is!" "Hear-Hear!!! Idahoans!" Thanks for making IDGenWeb Project a part of who you are VOLUNTEERS! That's what makes our GenWeb projects so great. I hope everyone had a great past month. I would like to hear what you had done for our "Family History Month" that made a different in our genealogical society. As for me, I would like to say that I've added some stuff on some of my county's projects. Well, fall is surely here in Arkansas, though the cold is setting in nicely. We've had some freezing temperatures but nothing like bundling up in the early morning run. That was such a fun morning for me. It felt great. All is well, in my neck of the woods. My family are doing good considering. My wife is still trying to recover from her earlier unexpected illness but she has her good days and down days. Of course, it helped to get a new bed to sleep in to help the recovery. Our last bed was a bit lumpy-bumpy and spring-pinching uncomfortable. Had anyone felt that way with your bed before? LOL We finally decided on a "Select Comfort" bed. AAaaahh!!! Sweet dreams. Alright, enough of me! I'm sure you are giggling at my nonsense here. I have gotten one patron's request to help her find a birth mother that connected to her husband's adoption. The woman went to Fort Worth, Texas to have a baby born on January 1, 1973. Recently, she got a hold of the original birth certificate that basically states the birth mother's name is Patricia Gayle Johnson, birthplace in Idaho and aged at the time of her child birth, 19. Given only this much information. It showed that she lived at a certain address in Texas but it's unknown whom she was living with until the birth of her baby boy. So the patron is hoping to find out more about this birth mother. Sorry all she has is the general birth place of Idaho. No county or city or town. Do you think we can help her out. She would have been born sometime in 1953-54. I've connected the ISHS to see if they have any of those birth records from that time periods, since I heard they inherited some of them from the state government. From my own looking around, the woman has already placed ads on some of the national adoption registry. Can you guys check around for this patrons, perhaps for some high school yearbook about 1970-72. Maybe if there's some college yearbook for 1972? Well, I would love to hear from everyone this month. I hope ya'll are ready for the upcoming holiday---Thanksgiving Day. What your plans this year? Oh! Please extend some good thoughts and prayers to those effected by the "Superstorm Sandy" in NYC and NJ and don't forget to extend personal prayers for some of our own team members. We've heard about some of them already but it's nice to keep them in our thoughts and prayers. Well, have a great month, Idahoans. 3. Was the baby born in a home for pregnant teens or in a hospital? Matt There should be an adoption file for this woman someplace. Which means that adoption would have been filed with the courts. Question is: 1) Have they looked at court records to determine adoption agency or attorney providing legal representation. 2) Have they checked with the adoption agency or attorney to request for last known address of biological mother. May have an Idaho address. Hmmmmm. Or what we could do...It just hit me. Hold on will be back.. I am going to find the mother in Idaho as a child. She should show up in 1940 census about 6 years old... After she left Texas .... she probably went back to where she was before... and then we can look at phone directories and such... 3. In Texas. The relationship of Idaho is equal to the mother's birth place. That's all. They have a copy of the origianl birth certificate and gave what information they had on the certificate, which is the mother's name and her birth place and where she lived in Forth Worth at the time of her pregnancy. 3. All I know about this Patricia Gayle Johnson was that she was a single unwed woman who gave birth to a baby boy on 1/1/1973 in Fort Worth Texas. Now the woman is trying to find the boy's mother. I assuming the woman is his wife as later I did some research that she place ads on a couple of the adoption websites. All the birth certificate say is the mother's name Patricia Gayle Johnson, born in Idaho. Had a boy on 1/1/1973 in Fort Worth and about a year later the child was adopted. I not sure what else to tell her other than it really a shot in the dark. She probably hoping that someone could see about her birth certificate might be able to get an idea where she might have been born in Idaho. You know It could be possible that her birth place could be bogues. Who knows. Not everyone put the whole truth about things. 3. Okay, Idahoans! This is a woman looking for her birth mother, named Patricia Gayle Johnson, born in Idaho (unknown county/city/town). She gave birth to her daughter on 1/1/1973 and was age 19. She went to Fort Worth, Texas 1972-73 gave birth to the daughter and went back to Idaho after giving birth to her daughter, who was put up for adoption. She wrote: "I have my original birth certificate. It shows her as my mother. I was adopted. I have her name as Patricia Gayle Johnson, 19 on 1/1/1973 born in Idaho. That is all i know about her. She was in Fort worth Texas in 1972-1973 but went back to Idaho shortly after born." I know this still need a bit more info but I trying to find out about this national database website where one can seek for their biological mother or father to send her that way. I know another way too but not sure if it'll work with so little information she has. I'll keep checking myself.
