Here is a link I have been using to get to some old newspapers in the state of Washington. I know we are in Idaho, but the Walla Walla papers used to have lots of articles from our areas. There is also a link for the "Google newspaper digital collection". I use this all the time! Too bad they abandoned the project. But they left what they had done online for us researchers. Hope it helps some of you in your searches. Penny
Here is a link to a news article I did for the local paper. So sad that people do not claim their relatives! Penny
Randy and Penny, In your emails I don't see any links to the information you mention. Am I missing something? Thanks Matt! I appreciate the help! Natalie
No problem! Natalie
I've had a rough year so far because of illness, but I think I'm finally rolling again. 2013 and the 1st half of 2014 will be devoted to earning my accreditation as a professional genealogist from ICAPGEN. So I'm hoping someone will be interested in taking on the coordinator responsibilities for Teton County. I would be delighted to help whomever is interested. If no one is interested and available, I'll will muddle along as best I can. After my big accreditation project comes to an end I will have more time available again. In the meantime I'll be a bit pinched for time. I'm delighted to see our group is growing and want to compliment Matt and the rest of you on the outstanding job you have all been doing. Teton County has been a bit stagnant - If you'd like to take it on, even for a year or so, let Matt or me know. Mike St. Clair Teton County Coordinator

Hello everyone! I've got a question that I'm sure someone can help me with. I've noticed that at the bottom of the messages, I see "Join us at Facebook". I think it would be nice to put that link on my county site, but I have no idea how to do that. I do have a FB account, but almost never use it. If someone could tell me how to go about doing this, it would be great! Thanks, Natalie (Nez Perce Co.)
