Sorry but I am unable to add to the rootsweb list. Does anyone know how I might locate historical genealogy for Chester, Idaho? My husband's father came from Denmark eventually coming by railroad I suppose to first Chester then eventually married in Ashton by 1928. We have been told he mioght have been a post master in Chester. We do know he owned the Mercantile in Ashton until 1941. His name was Niels P. Knudsen. The state of Idaho began collecting death information at the state level in July, 1911.
