He was born October 25, 1937, in Tyhee, Idaho, to Ronald Earl and Hannah Rose Croshaw Reid. He was married to BernaDee Evans on May 17, 1969, in Elko, Nevada. Paul loved the outdoors and loved to just be outside Dutchoven cooking, riding his fourwheeler and camping with his family and friends. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, where he served as exalted ruler for two terms. He really loved his job with the Elks and being a member of that organization. He is survived by his wife BernaDee, of Preston; four sons, Paul R. Reid Jr., of Pocatello, Idaho, David Alan (Eileen) Reid, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Darin Paul (Ann) Reid, of Preston, Stanley Earl (Billie Jo) Reid, of Preston; five daughters, Teresa (Michael) Littleford, of Pocatello, Idaho, Melaine (Robert) Hancock, of Pocatello, Idaho, Valerie (Warren) Wertman, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Tina Marie Reid, of Pocatello, Idaho, and Christine (Brook) Hebdon, of Preston; a stepson, Kevin De (Darlene) Atkinson, of Preston; 25 grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-stepchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008, at noon in the Preston Elks Lodge. Friends may call Friday evening, Dec. 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Elks Lodge, and Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., also at the lodge. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
