His death is the result of hypothermia while hunting. Jon was born Sept. 11, 1988, in Preston, Idaho, to Thelma Fey Roley. He attended West Side High School and graduated from Franklin County High School in 2007. He loved being active and was a natural athlete. Wrestling was the priority sport. He medaled in nearly every tournament he competed in and was the district champion and a state competitor in 2006. He loved the mountains and the beauty therein. They brought him tremendous peace. He had a fun sense of humor and loved to make us laugh. We will miss his quick wit and funny stories. Jon married the love of his life, Melissa Ann Hansen, on April 27, 2007. He was given the best gift ever when his daughter, Kambrea Ann, was born on his birthday. They loved each other dearly and she looks just like him. He was excited to learn he would have a son, to be born in February 2009. Jon was tender and kind with a heart of gold. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Helen Fey. He is survived by his wife, Melissa, and daughter, Kambrea, of Kemmerer, Wyo.; his mother, Thelma Roley of Dayton; a brother, Michael (Hollie) Roley of Rexburg, Idaho; a sister, Katie Roley of Dayton; his mother-in-law, Gail Hansen of Kemmerer, Wyo.; brothers-in-law, Ben and Josh (Kylee) Hansen of Preston; a sister-in-law, Betsy (Mike) Julian of Kemmerer, Wyo.; his grandparents, Dale and Bonnie Roley of Franklin, Idaho; and Walter Fey of Great Falls, Mont. Funeral services will be held on at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, in the Dayton Ward Chapel with Bishop Troy Moser conducting. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E.
