LuDean was born February 9, 1933 in Preston, ID to Rubin and Jessie Sprunt Sharp. She married Doyle Vinson Wood on March 16, 1951. They were sealed for time and all eternity December 13, 1951 in the Logan Temple. LuDean is a member of the LDS Church and has served in various positions in the primary and relief society. LuDean and Doyle served a mission at the Dallas Texas Temple. Together they also served as temple workers in the Ogden Temple for over four years. LuDean served in various leadership positions for the Daughters of Utah Pioneers in the Fruitvale Camp. Some of LuDean's favorite past times were quilting, sewing, crocheting, cooking, and baking for her family and friends. LuDean loved to read and do genealogy work. LuDean and Doyle enjoyed fishing and camping together, with all their friends and family. Once you became a friend of LuDean, you became her family. Surviving are her husband Doyle, children: Doyle Dean Wood, Corinne; Ethel (David) Morse, Washington Terrace; Rowena (Clif) Wood, Brigham City; Arlene (Don) Bronson, Corinne; Sara Wood, Corinne. 22 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings: Sherman Sharp, Donna May Ashe, Lucille Cook, Robert Sharp, Clair Sharp, Elsie Kay Sparrow, Deon Turner, Vernice Thomas and Elizabeth Hausauer. Preceded in death by her parents; son Clifton; daughter Audrene; granddaughter Samantha Gee; great-granddaughter Dreven Hess; Brothers: George Sharp and Gerald Sharp; sister Ione Johnson. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Corinne 1st ward 2325 North 4000 West, Corinne UT. Friends and family may call on Wednesday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and Thursday, from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the Church.
