Hull, 82, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2001, at his home in Whitney, Idaho. He was born April 5, 1919, in Whitney, Idaho, the son of LeRoy and Allabell Weaver Hull. Her married Blanche Hiatt on Oct. 13, 1944, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was the Franklin County weed supervisor for many years. He served two LDS missions — one in the Southern states and the second with his sweetheart in Anchorage, Alaska. he served as bishop of the Mapleton Ward and enjoyed a lifetime of service. His love for his family and friends, especially his grandchildren, came first in his life. He enjoyed the outdoors — a life of ranching, hunting, snowmobiling, but mostly staying in his cabin on the hill. He will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his wife Blanche; six daughters and two sons and spouses, Tyra Lynn (H. Gene) Larsen of McCammon, Idaho, Lee Ann (Tom) Owens of Malad, Idaho, Joanne (Brent) Sharp, James Clair (Debra) Hull, Steven Bart (Cindy) Hull, all of Preston, Idaho, Kristene (Brad) Hyer of Phoenix, Ariz., Karen Marley of Preston, Idaho, and Beverly (JayDee) Cole of Preston, Idaho; 33 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Tyra Eichert of Preston, Idaho; brothers, Etmo-Eugene of Preston, Idaho; Gib-Gilbert Hull of Logan, Utah. He was preceded in death by a son, Kent; two grandsons, Nicholas James and Konnor Lorenzo Marley; brothers, Roland, Cat, Chick, Darrell, and a sister, Clarice. Funeral services will be at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, in the Whitney First Ward chapel with Bishop Russell Durrant conducting. Friends may call at Webb Funeral Home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the ward chapel Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Whitney Cemetery.
