S She was born Sept. 14, 1912, in Cleveland, Idaho, the daughter of John Wiley and Rosana Charlotte Jorgensen Covert. She married Francis LeRoy Hendrickson on June 6, 1930, in Cleveland, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan Temple on Oct. 1, 1952. She enjoyed gardening and baking. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she served in many callings. She especially enjoyed her calling as Young Women’s secretary. She loved all the girls and gave each one a book as she left the program. She enjoyed doing temple work and was the manager of the Bishop’s storehouse. She is survived by a daughter and two sons, Velna (Aldin) Swann, Preston; Ralph L. (Virginia) Hendrickson, Idaho Falls, Idaho; F. Lee (Maurine) Hendrickson, Preston; eleven grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; by a sister, Marie C. (Boyd) Forman, Kearns, Utah; and by a sister-in-law, Marintha (Al) Jorgensen, Cleveland, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis LeRoy Hendrick-son; by her parents; by four brothers, Calvin, Thomas, Ruland and Merlin; and by four sisters, Vetta, Viola, Ella and Dorla. Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2001, in the Preston Third Ward Chapel, 155 N. 2nd W., with Bishop D. Byron Kelley conducting. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home and Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Cleveland, Idaho, Cemetery.
