He was born to Reuben William and Jessie Sprunt Sharp in Winder, ID. Married Cath-erine Jolly, di-vorced; later married Virginia Rhoades. George lived a courageous and adventurous life, traveling extensively with his job. He made many friends. He was a gentle, sentimental man. Survived by his daughter, Dorothy Cummings; stepchildren, Mary (Bruce) Despaine, Suzan Gunter, David G. (Rose) Gunter Jr.; son-in-law, Ken Vidra; grandchildren, Catherine, William, Brook; great-granddaughter, Sarah; brothers and sisters, Ione John-son, Sherman Sharp, Verniece Thomas, LuDean (Doyle) Wood, Garold Sharp, Donna May (Fred) Ashe, Lucille (Neil) Cook, Deone Turner, Robert (Eliza-beth) Sharp, Elsie Kay (Merlin) Sparrow, Clair (Sandy) Sharp, Elizabeth (Don) Hausauer; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; wives; and stepdaughter, M! argaret. Special thanks to Lakeview Hospital emergency care technicians and special friend, Betty.
