Kathy was born Dec. 29, 1963, to Calvin Curzon and Claudett Ward. She was the fourth child in a family of six children and spent her childhood in Pocatello, Idaho. Kathy loved the outdoors. She spent many hours camping with her family, gathering wood and enjoying the beauties of Mother Nature. After her marriage to Mike, they moved to Mink Creek to help Mike's father on the family ranch. Kathy quickly learned the ins and outs of ranching and loved that style of life. You could truly say that Kathy was a city girl that turned country. At the time of her death, she was employed at the Heritage Home in Preston. She enjoyed associating and working with others. She loved life, her family and her friends. She is survived by her husband Michael Lynn Jensen; her daughters, Candice Jensen and Jessie Jensen of Preston; and her son, Alex Jensen of Pocatello. She is also survived by a paternal grandmother, Alma Curzon, and her brothers and sisters, Alan Curzon, Kevin Curzon, Phillip Curzon, Patti Ellett of Pocatello, and Freedom Ward of Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents, maternal grandparents and her paternal grandfather. Funeral services are scheduled for noon on Saturday at the Webb Funeral Home in Preston. Friends and family may call at the mortuary from 10 to 11:30 a.m., prior to the services. Interment will be at the Mink Creek Cemetery.
