She was born Feb.19, 1924, in Lewiston, Utah, to Eldoures and Florence Glover. She married Eugene Clifford Cole on March 15, 1941, in Farmington, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. She attended school in Lewiston and attended high school at North Cache. She and Eugene made their home in Lewiston, Utah, and they also have a home in Beaver Dam, Ariz., where they enjoy spending their winter months. She was an active member of the LDS Church and held many different positions. She worked at Del Monte where she worked in the lab, Mod-O-Day, and was a cook with the school lunch in Lewiston, Utah, from which she retired. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers where she was the historian and also kept the scrapbook. She and Eugene helped restore and furnish the first log home that was built in the area of Lewiston. Eugene and Arlin Buttars built the monument that is in front of the building. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren just loved Rhea. She always had many good things to teach them. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Cole; a daughter, Joan (Clark) Weeks of Lewiston, Utah; a son, Gerald (Kathleen) Cole of Preston, Idaho; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Byron Glover of Lewiston, Utah; a sister, Dolores Buttars of Lewiston, Utah; sisters-in-law, Betty Glover of Roy, Utah, and Blanch Glover of Layton, Utah; and a brother-in-law, John Martin of Preston, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Max and Val Glover; two sisters, Flossie Richardson and Louise Martin; and a brother-in-law, Irvin Richardson. Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday, Nov. 21, in the Lewiston 4th Ward Chapel, 16 S. Main, Lewiston, with Bishop Don Baldwin conducting. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston, Idaho, and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church in Lewiston.
