She was born on Sept. 16, 1925 in Mapleton, Franklin, Idaho to George Riley Porter & Laverna Carter Wanner. She married Cueto V. Anderson on March 10, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they had 4 wonderful children: Rhonda Winkler (Denis) of Grantsville, Utah, Curtis Anderson (Julie) of Grantsville, Utah, Darl Anderson (Denise) of Grantsville, Utah and Brenda Lewis (Blane) of Tooele, Utah. She has 13 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren. While here upon this earth she held many positions in the church, had a great love of serving others and enjoyed regularly attending the Temple. Her hobbies included: embroidery, letter writing, canning, bingo, fishing, camping and had a special love for animals. She is the oldest of 15 children and was preceded in death by her parents & 5 brothers: Arlo Joseph, Ira, Floyd, Lanny and Marlin. A viewing will be held on the 27th of November 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 E. 700 So. in Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007 at 11 am. at the LDS Chapel, 332 E. 1000 N. in Tooele, Utah, with a viewing one hour prior to the services.
