He was born May 30, 1917, in Magna, Utah, a son of Arthur and Christina Patterson Marsh. He married Jensine (Cena) Johannessen on Oct. 30, 1945. Mr. Marsh graduated from Cyprus High School and the University of Utah. He was a member of the CCC and served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He retired from the Kennecott Co. after 37 years. He was a kind and gentle man who dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed. Survived by his wife, Cena, of Preston; children, Kristine (Alan) Jones, of Sandy, Utah, Susan McQueen, of West Jordan, Utah, W. Kevin (Leslie) Marsh, of Riverton, Utah; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday in the Whitney LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in the Mountain View Memorial Park, 3115 E. 7800 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The family wishes to thank his many friends and caregivers for all their love and service.
