She was born Nov. 27, 1921, in Preston, Idaho, the daughter of Thomas and Maria McDonald Nessen. She married Gerard Martin Corbridge on Feb. 4, 1939, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Their marriage was sealed in the Logan Temple on April 16, 1965. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served as a Relief Society and Primary teacher. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, hunting, and camping. She was a loving grandmother. She is survived by two sons and three daughters, Gerard Wayne (Julie) Corbridge, Centerville, Utah, Carlene (Larry) Waters, Pleasonton, Calif., Suzann Hiatt, Pleasant Grove, Utah, Carol (Craig) Thompson, Nampa, Idaho, Kim (Kelly) Corbridge, West Chester, Ohio; by 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and by two sisters, May Comish, Preston, Idaho, and Thelma Chatterton, Preston, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her husband, by a brother, Thomas Nessen, and by two sisters, Ada Hodges and Elaine Jensen. Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday in the Franklin Stake Center with Bishop Brenton Atkinson conducting. Friends may call from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the stake center. Burial will be in the Franklin, Idaho Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.
