She was born Aug. 7, 1925, in Battle Creek, Idaho, the daughter of Charles Duncan and May Harris Rigby. She married Blaine Nelson Davis on Oct. 10, 1953, in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple on March 17, 1966. She kept a nice yard and garden. She worked with the Franklin County Fair and served in the Primary. She had a good sense of humor and loved her immediate and extended family. She is survived by her husband, Blaine, of Preston; a grandson, Joshua (Anna Leigh) McGuire, Alabama; a sister, Dora Davis Porter, Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister-in-law, Nola (Charles) Hobbs, Salt Lake City, Utah; a brother-in-law, Homer (Tennie) Davis, St. George, Utah; a daughter-in-law, Mary McGuire, Tennessee; and by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Kent Davis, by four sisters, Leona R. Byington, Elizabeth R. Backman, Hattie R. Pitcher, and Levi Rigby, by a brother, Charles D. Rigby, and by a niece, Rosella M. Hill. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2002, at noon in the Preston South Stake Center, 55 E. 100 S., Preston, with Bishop Robert Rasmussen conducting. Friends may call tonight, Friday, June 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston, and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the stake center. Burial will be in the Preston Cemetery.
