Bell 1934 ~ 2007 BOUNTIFUL- On Father's Day, June 17, 2007, the best father in the world passed away surrounded by his loving family. Wayne Demont Bell was born Feb. 4, 1934 to Charles Demont and Ada Lowe Bell in Preston, Idaho. He grew up in Banida, Idaho, where he loved to fish and hunt. He couldn't drive past a creek or river without the urge to stop and make a fish cast. He graduated in 1952 from Preston High School and in 1956 from Utah State University. He considered her "a 12 cow wife." They were blessed with five children and have resided in Bountiful, Utah since 1961. His career spanned over 40 years in the computer industry as an electrical engineer. He was a pioneer in the field and has four patents to his name. Many of his co-workers became some of his best friends and fishin! g buddies. Wayne was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and found joy in serving in many different callings. Heaven to him was a day spent crossing the Yellowstone river arm-in-arm with Ken and many others. He is survived by his wife, Adelia; five children, Bret (Karla) Bell, Bary (Eileen) Bell, Wendy (Scott) Higgins, Becky (Kevin) Ball, Tiffany (Kent) Schwager; 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
