She was born March 31, 1928 in Preston, ID, a daughter of Al-bert Webster and Priscilla Marshall Bowman. On May 26, 1945, Pearl married Ernest Arthur Blodgett in Elko, NV. Ernest preceded her in death on May 14, 1998. She was raised in Cub River, ID, later moving to Ogden and then to Roy. Pearl was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had served in various callings. She worked as a machinist at several companies, retiring from Williams International in 1995. Pearl enjoyed bowling, quilting, making porcelain dolls and playing cards. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. Surviving are three sons and two daughters, Stephen (Nita) Blodgett, Ogden, Glen (Leesa) Blodgett, Salt Lake City, Bryan (Debbie) Blodgett, Sandy, Patricia (David) Dirks, Arvada, CO, Rhonda (Darren) DeGroot, Roy; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pearl is also survived by two brothers and one sister, LeVon Webster Bowman, and Glen Bowman, both of Cub River, ID, Alene Godfrey, Clarkston, UT. Preceding her in death were her parents, three brothers and four sisters. Services will be Tues. at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary on Mon. from 6-8 p.m. and Tues. 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment at the Evergreen Memorial Park.
