She was born September 30, 1912 in Weston, Idaho to Oliver Alma and Lovina Ericksen Allen. She was reared and educated in Franklin County, Idaho. She married Elvin C. Jorgensen on December 15, 1932 in the Logan LDS Temple. He preceded her in death May 7, 1993. Margaret was a member of the LDS 29th Ward. She was a Primary and Sunday School teacher for over 40 years. She was also active in the Relief Society and was a Relief Society Visiting Teacher. Margaret was an excellent seamstress and cook. Her family was very special to her, and she loved spending time with them. She is survived by three daughters; Marjane (Roy) Vaughn, LuDean (Don) Jackman, and Carolyn (Jerel) Olson, all of Ogden; ten grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great great-daughter. Margaret was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother. The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Peachtree Place and Manor Care for the loving, excellent care given to Mother. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 11th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist"s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Lindquist"s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
