She was born May 15, 1915, in Galesburg, Ill., to Ida Rankin and Charles H. Coltrin. After her father died she was raised in Pocatello, Idaho. She spent most of her adult life in the San Francisco Bay area as a ballerina with the San Francisco Opera Ballet. She later worked for the University of California and taught ballet in Berkeley. She married Edward Schuert in 1951 and they were later divorced. At the age of 83, she moved to Mesquite, Nev., to be with her niece, Phyllis. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct., 13, 2007, in the Franklin Idaho Cemetery. Friends may call from noon to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E.
