She was born February 8, 1906, in Preston, Idaho, of devoted parents, Charles Nephi and Sarah Pearl (Claypool) Corbridge. The second of 12 children, Orveata lived the teachings of the Lord. She was sealed in marriage to her eternal companion, George Tarrell Warner on April 20, 1927, in the Logan LDS Temple. He preceded her in death January 30, 1979. She rejoiced in her church callings and served her family, her neighbors, and strangers with spiritual gifts of compassion and love. She enjoyed serving others and always put everyone first over her needs. Her adoring posterity remember her for her example of goodness, teachings of truth and depth of testimony and love of her family. She is survived by three children, Ardell (Margaret) Warner, Mackay, Idaho;. Vonda (Bob) Bruhn, Bountiful, Utah; Jeanie (Don) Hodge, Pocatello, Idaho; and a daughter-in-law, Lela Warner, Mackay, Idaho; 19 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bernice Rice, Torrance, California, and Varlene Brush, West Valley City, Utah. She has left a legacy of righteousness for her family to follow. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers, Harold, Gerald, Lee, Arville, and Newell Corbridge; four sisters, Violetta Corbridge, Ruth Wendt, Verda Weaver, and LaVella Schritter, a son, Vernon Warner, and a great-grandson, Jeremy Bruhn. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2001, at Colonial Funeral Chapel, 2005 So. Fourth Ave. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home Sunday 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service. The interment will be at Mt. McCaleb Cemetery, Mackay, Idaho, at 4 p.m. Monday afternoon.
