Although we mourn her passing, we rejoice in her reunion with her husband, Lee Evan Olsen, whom she married on April 28, 1944 in the Salt Lake Temple; her parents, John A. and LaVerne Olson Carver; and her brothers and sisters, Terrell, Murray, Helen, and Judith. Anna graduated from Boise High and in 1965 from Brigham Young University. She taught in the Davis School District and was active in the Farmington Lady Lions, Aurelia Rogers DUP Camp, and served as a Farmington election judge for many years. She loved to read, travel, sew, knit sweaters, and spend time with her family and friends. She served faithfully throughout her life in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 1981-82, Anna and Lee served a mission to the Washington, D.C. Temple Visitor's Center. After Lee'! s death on December 3, 1986, Anna served as a hostess at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building until her health would no longer permit it. She will be forever remembered for her cheerful and positive disposition and love of everyone she met and served.
