She was born Oct. 20, 1921, in Oxford, Idaho, the eighth child of John William and Kate Emily Robinson Baker. There were nine total sons and daughters - two having died while children. She attended grade school at Oxford and went to high school in Downey, Idaho. She went one year to Wright's Beauty School in Pocatello and graduated as an honor student. She worked in American Falls and Preston for two years before getting married. She married Jack Choules on July 31, 1942. Their marriage was later sealed in the Logan Temple. They had three children: Jack Bruce, Rodney Blair, and W. Warren. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, holding many positions in the YWMIA, Primary, and Relief Society. She was a visiting teacher for 50 years. She will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her three sons, Jack Bruce (JoAnn) Choules of Pleasant View, Utah; Rodney Blair Choules of Preston; W. Warren (Sessilee) Choules of Clifton; nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and by a sister, Berta (Gordon) Albrecht. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, by three sisters, Iva Kate Schlotzky, Alice Baker, and Thelma Baker, and by four brothers, Lenard, Jay, Wayne, and Marion Baker. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, at 11 a.m. in the Clifton Second Ward Chapel with Bishop Wayne Smart conducting. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston, and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Clifton Cemetery.
