She was born April 29, 1911, in Preston, Idaho, the daughter of Alfred Earnest and Mary Jane Williams Willmore. She attended the Oneida Academy in Preston. She married Mark Alloid Jones on June 24, 1933, in Pocatello, Idaho. He preceded her in death on May 31, 1968. She loved knitting slippers for her grandchildren. She was a member of the LDS Church where she served as a visiting teacher. She also enjoyed temple work. She loved going fishing and going to the mountains. She always enjoyed keeping in touch with her friends. She is survived by five sons and two daughters, Thomas D. (Marilyn) Jones, Mendon, Utah, Alfred M. (Clareen) Jones, Preston, H. Alvaro (Beverly) Jones, Preston, Gary L. (Tina) Jones, Boise, Idaho, J. Troy (Kathy) Jones, Boise, Idaho, Mary Lue (Delbert) Chandler, Rupert, Idaho, Ramona A. Barron, Preston; 26 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, and by seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, by her parents, and by five brothers. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, in the Preston Third Ward Chapel, 155 N. Second W., with Bishop D. Byron Kelley conducting. Friends may call tonight Thursday, Feb. 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Preston Cemetery. The family would like to thank the Franklin County Nursing Home for all the loving care given to heir mother.
