He was born on April 25, 1908, in Preston, Franklin, Idaho to Adam and Agnes Shumway Fife. He married Elizabeth Sharry Kister Clark, later divorced. He retired from Continental Oil Company. Also worked at Utah Woolen Mills and Dahle's. He was an active member of the LDS Church. He served a mission to Australia of which he talked about often. Don had many friends of which he valued and was known for his sense of humor and his good will toward all men. He is survived by one daughter, Donna Jean (Brent) Keyes, two grandchildren, Kevin (Eloise) and Scott (Cindy), four great-grandchildren, and very special nephews, Keith Frogley, Chuck Fife and Dennis Fife as well as John and Norda Emmett to name a few. He was preceded in death by a sister, Luella Frogley and brothers, Bill, Basil, Dell and Glen. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2001, at 12 noon at Petersen Funeral Chapel;, 634 East 200 South, in Brigham City. Friends may call on Friday from 10:45 - 11:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Brigham City, Utah Cemetery.
