He was born February 20, 1921, in Fairview, Idaho, to Joseph T. and Ella Mae Bowden Egbert. Keith married Margaret Porter on February 5, 1941, in Lewiston, Utah. They celebrated their 61st Wedding Anniversary this year. Keith was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the military during World War II. Keith worked all his life in auto repair. Many of those years he worked for Stocks Lincoln-Mercury in Ogden. He eventually opened his own auto repair business, Keith Egbert & Sons, in Clearfield. He retired and sold the business in 1985. His hobbies included hunting and fishing with family and friends, watching sports, and taking quick trips to Wendover. Surviving are his wife, Margaret of Sunset; his children and their spouses, Dan and Sandee Egbert, Washington Terrace; Sandra and Jerry Jackson, Richland, Wash.; David Egbert, Sunset; Kathi and Glen Peterson, Plain City; Mike Egbert, Sunset; 17 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Keith was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Lindquist"s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Lindquist"s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
