She was 84. She was born Jan. 29, 1916, in Preston, Idaho, daughter of James Floyd and Ruth Larsen Smart. She married Anthony C. Kloser November 3, 1941, in Preston, Idaho. He preceded her in death. She was reared in Preston and Grace, Idaho, and attended Utah State University. She was a life-long member of the LDS Church in which she held many teaching and leadership positions. She was a member of the Daughters of Pioneers and a member and volunteer teacher at the Autumn Glow Senior Center. She is survived by her son Anthony C. Kloser Jr., of Belcamp, Md.; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Elizabeth) Snow of Diamond Bar, Calif.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 18, at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 Fairfield Rd., with Bishop Richard Kotter officiating.
