Winn, 66, of Boise, passed away Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002, at the Veterans Hospital in Boise. He was born Feb. 2, 1936, in Preston, the son of Harold and Ora McGregor Winn. He graduated from the University of Utah as a civil engineer. He has lived in Boise since 1969. He raised three children with Sue Winn. He retired from the Federal Highway Administration in 1992 after 30 years. He is survived by two daughters and one son, Shaunna Berry, Shane Winn, Shellie Winn; by his mother, Ora Schaffer; by two sisters, Cindy Kirkbride and Nancy Tingey; and by a granddaughter, Krista Berry. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, at the Preston, Idaho, Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 2:45 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston.
