Ogden Care Center in Washington Terrace, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 23, 1923 in Pocatello, Idaho, the daughter of Alonzo Hazelton and Margaret Rue Larsen Harding. She grew up in Fairview, Idaho graduating from Preston High School. Anna married Doran Heap Barlow on July 28, 1943 at the Logan LDS Temple, in Logan, Utah. They lived in Mink Creek and Fairview, Idaho; Tremonton and Thatcher, Utah; and in Ogden, Utah the past 50 years. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Relief Society, Primary and Mutual. She and Doran served in the Family History Mission in Salt Lake City, Utah. She and her sweetheart managed the Christopher Village Apartments for 15 years. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Ensign 37 South Camp. Her favorite things to do were spending time with her children and grandchildren. She found joy in decorating her home, sewing, cooking and handwork. She taught us to "use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without". She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Doran H. Barlow, of Ogden; three sons and five daughters: Dora Ann (Larry) Tesch, Eden; Brenda (Jay) Welling, Evanston, WY; Beverly (Richard) Holbrook, Ogden; Doran Bradley (Alice) Barlow, Alpine; Debra (Lyle) Cox, Santa Clara; Michael Harding (Becky) Barlow, South Weber; Patricia (Chuck) Berglund, Layton; Bryant Norman (Emily) Barlow, Wellsville; 45 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers and three sisters: Norma Szymanski, Bluebelle; Dewayne (Clara) Harding, Sandy; Carol (Orval) Harmer, American Fork; Margaret (Glenn) Meek, Salt Lake City; Blake (JoAnn) Harding, North Ogden; and Spencer (Donna) Harding, Sandy. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Ruelene (Leroy) Fox, and grandson, Michael Holbrook. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2002 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist"s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends and family may call at the mortuary on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment, Lindquist"s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
