Born March 11, 1933 in Preston, ID a son of James Robert and Fay Wells Jensen. Married Jeannine Eaton March 15, 1952 in Salt Lake City; their mar-riage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Robert was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in various callings, his last serving as bishop of the Hunter 7th Ward. At the age of 53, he retired from Utah Power and Light, and has lived in Hurricane, UT for the last nine years. Robert enjoyed 49 years of organized sports, and personally enjoyed golfing and bowling. He was full of love and laughter for everyone, particularly his family. Survived by his wife, Jeannine; son and daughters, Steven Wayne (Trella) Jensen, Teresa Ann (Roger) Hatch, Cindy Lee (Michael) Longtin, Shauna Rae (James) Figuera; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Jeannette (Gary) Bouck. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Betty Joyce Mathie, Ann Marie Barr; and nephew, John Darrin Barr. Services will be Wed. 12 noon, Hunter 3rd Ward, 3737 S. 5600 W. Friends may call Tues. 5-8 p.m., Mc-Dougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd, and Wed. at the church, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
