DeLos was born on Feb. 6, 1928, in Mink Creek, Idaho, to Conrad and Emma Marie Bell. He was raised in Mink Creek and attended schools in Mink Creek, Preston, BYU and Utah State. DeLos married Gayle Panter on Nov. 24, 1948. They were later divorced. >From that union four children were born — Brent DeLos, Pennie Rae, Randy Neal, and Debbie Lee. On Dec. 10, 1960, DeLos married Radia Choules. From that union a son was born, Richard Lin. DeLos was an avid outdoorsman who loved and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and photography. In his youth, he loved his horses and lambs. His love for horses continued throughout his life. In his later years he traded his horses in for a four-wheeler which he enjoyed riding. He enjoyed taking photos of nature, scenery and family. Delos retired from Thiokol where he was an X-ray technician for the aeronautics industry. DeLos is survived by his wife, Radia; their son, Lin (Shelley), Roy, Utah; his children from his previous marriage, Brent DeLos, Denver, Colo., Pennie Rae Knott, Enumclaw, Wash., Randy Neal, Libby, Mont., and Debbie Lee Hawthorne, Placentia, Calif.; his step-daughters, Sharon Wilkinson (Bob) Tracy, Calif., Jeanette Bandy (Bob), Wilbur, Wash., Nancy Harris (Mike) Windsor, Colo., and MerRee (Steven) Stone, Riverdale, Idaho; his sisters, Rula Smart, Smithfield, Utah, Zola Jensen, Washington Terrace, Utah, and Rayona Brenden, Olympia, Wash.; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. DeLos was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Leon Bell; two sisters, Lorna Wilde and Erma Crawford; and two grandsons, Richard and Grant Harris. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday in the Mink Creek LDS chapel in Mink Creek, Idaho. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Webb Mortuary at 109 East Oneida, Preston, Idaho and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Mink Creek LDS Church. Burial will be at the Mink Creek Cemetery.
