She was born April 21, 1935, in Preston, Idaho, the daughter of Howard (Slim) and Neva Swainston. She married Jean J Keller Smith on July 27, 1955, in the Logan LDS Temple. He died on May 25, 1993. She grew up in Whitney, Idaho, and then lived her married life on their farm in Riverdale, Idaho. She graduated from Preston High School, attended BYU and worked at the telephone company in Preston for several years until she became a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings. Sannette loved the Utah Jazz, reading, and spending time with her close friends. She is survived by her four children, Brad (Susan) Smith, Preston, Idaho, Cindy (Steve) Hull, Preston, Idaho, Stacie (Brent) Hunsaker, Orem, Utah, and Gina (Mark) Jackson, Orem, Utah; her brother Howard Dewitt (Joyce) Swainston, Glendale, Calif.; sisters, Joyce (LeRoy) Perry, Preston, Idaho, and Neva Ann (Adrian) Geddes, Cove, Utah, and 13 grandchildren. Her husband, her parents and two grandchildren, Jessica Smith and Justin J. Smith, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday in the Riverdale Ward Chapel in Riverdale, Idaho. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston, and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the funeral Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Riverdale Cemetery.
