Born in Rock Springs, Wyoming to James and Virginia Corazza Dorigatti. She was raised in Preston, Idaho. Married for 53 years to Thomas N. Reese. Mary enjoyed gardening and belonged to several garden clubs. She loved traveling, her association in the Ladies Auxiliaries of the U.S. Postal Letter Carriers and the Rio Grande Railroad, membership in several card clubs and her frequent therapeutic visits to the casinos in Wendover. Mary was proud of her Austrian-Italian heritage. Most of all, she loved the children in her life. She is survived by her three daughters: Kosann (Ralph) Corral, Ruth (Lynn) Mortensen, Bonnie Gaylinn (Karl) Dazet; nine grandchildren: Renee Corral, Joel Corral, Gregory Mortensen, Becky Mortensen, Christopher (Laura) Thomas, Jeremy Thomas, Natalee Thomas, Amy (Dane) Christensen, Tia Dazet; one great-grandson, Harrison Thomas; and Mary's sister, Jody Paras. Sh! e leaves behind many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceded in death by her beloved Tommy. Funeral services will be held Mon. July 9, 2 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Chapel, 3401 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, where family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday evening from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. or on Monday afternoon from 12:45 p.m.-1:45 p.m. Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Mary's family wishes to thank Dr. Stephen Wood and staff, Karen Simonson and Alison Coonrod for their dedication and tireless hours. In addition, her family wishes to express gratitude to numerous other caregivers and friends for their kindness and compassion during the last few years of her life.
