    1. [IDCANYON] Pritchard, Thomas E & Eugenia Emaline
    2. Renee L. Dauven
    3. Is any one on the list who is researching the family of Thomas Emanuel Pritchard and Eugenia Emaline (unknown)? Thomas came to Canyon Co circa 1890 and died there per his tombstone on 30 Nov 1897. He is buried in the Ten Davis-Lower Boise Cemetery, Notus, Canyon Co, ID (may also be called the Pioneer Cemetery of Parma, ID.) His widow remarried in 1907 to James Pryor. She died 1 July 1913 and is buried in the same cemetery. Thomas and his wife had a large family, one of whom, Ernest Pritchard is my husband's grandfather. I have a list of the children but not all the statistics for them. I also don't have Eugenia's maiden name nor parents, etc. I am lacking a birth place and parentage for Thomas, although supposedly he was born in England. Would love to hear from anyone working on this family. Renee L. Dauven

    2. W David Samuelsen
    3. Based on weekly and monthly reports I get from the search engines.. There are best results to obtain: The BEST Results?? Be mindful - all lists are always "SURNAME, given name" Three best ways with QUOTEMARKS " 1. "Surname, " (put a space after , then ") 2. "Surname, given name" (don't bother to try for middle name (middle names produce poor results) 3. ", Mary" - will work if you are not sure of married name but will produce a LOT of results! 1. Don't bother trying without quotemarks, you get more unwamted results. 2. Don't try county name, just go to the county list and you get more results there. 3. Don't try state name, just go to the state in question and browse. 4. Don't try these words - probate, guardianship, etc. Just go to appropriate sections. You get better results. http://www.sampubco.com/

    1. [IDCANYON] Cemetery Search: Jenny Morrow
    2. My step-grandfather, William Wayne Morrow (1921-2010), just passed away and has requested that his ashes be placed with his daughter, Jenny Morrow. Jenny died at the age of 5 years old from being raped while they were living in the Nampa Valley. We do not know where Jenny Morrow is buried though. We figure that her death must have taken place either in the late 1950's or the 1960's. Any help that someone can provide would greatly be appreciated. I do not have her maiden name, only her dates and some locations: born October 5 1902 in Bolivar, MO and died November 3 1976 in Nampa, ID (confirmed in the social security death index). Does anyone have this person in their records? Sandi in Boise

Judy, while I don't know if any of the old material is available on-line, the Idaho Press Tribune has been printing since 1893. There was also the Caldwell Tribune and the Caldwell News but I can't tell you the years they were published. I believe it might have been in the 1920's. Bev
