She was born on August 19th, 1923 to John Noah Davis and Mary Lois Bills. She was born and raised in the Glendale, Utah area. She was married to Earnest Leroy Palmer on August 18, 1940. He passed on in 1968. Married to R.K. Nelson June 7th 1976. He passed on February 16, 1989. She was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of going on a mission with R.K. for the LDS church in Canada. Fulfilled many church callings throughout her life. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. \ Survived by brother Don E. Davis (Melba); sister Reah Butterfield (Bob), children: Lola Hammel (Charles), Judith Long (Richard), David L. Palmer, Steven G. Palmer, Elizabeth Ng (Kan), Don K. Palmer, and 20 step-children. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Friday March 23 at the River 4th Ward, 1249 West, Country Creek Drive (10775 So.) in South Jordon, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Interment will be at the Wardboro Cemetery, Montpelier Idaho at 3:00 p.m. Saturday March, 24th. Published in the Deseret News from 3/22/2007 - 3/23/2007.
