The Smit's were my next door neighbors on Whidbey Island. Sarah and I were chums during my 5 years there. Mid to late 50's. I remember Mr. Smit as the quiet fisherman and gardner next door and Kathleen as the best bridge player and baker around. My Dad used to partner with her for tournies. It was simple island life. I am still close to Molly and hope to send any and all info I glean to her. So nice to see a family that has taken interest in finding their way home. Computers have certainly opened up the world. I have no pictures of Lynn and Kathleen. If you wouldn't mind sending one by email..I would be forever grateful. Thank you Kathleen Kelly
