She was born November 5, 1906 in St. Charles, Idaho the daughter of William and Ellen Marie Osterlin Clark Jr. Phyllis graduated from Fielding High School in Paris, Idaho and attended BYU and graduated from Steven Henegars Business College. She worked for the Davis County School District. She married Lyle Young Williamson on November 2, 1934 in Soda Springs, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on July 2, 1992. She was a member of the LDS church and served as a Primary Teacher for 54 years, until 2004. Phyllis was active in the PTA and scouting. She enjoyed knitting, croqueting, flower and vegetable gardening. Surviving are two sons, Lynn Clark (Donna) Williamson, Layton; Terrence Lyle (Judi) Williamson, Provo; one daughter, Sharon Marie (Ed) Dahle, Salem, ORE; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Maurine Welling and great-grandson, Tyson. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield. Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
