He was born at Montpelier, Idaho November 15, 1931 to Thelma Bagley and Newbern I. Glenn. He graduated in 1950 from Nyssa High School in Oregon. After graduating he joined the Air Force and was stationed in England. While in Warrington, England he met the love of his life, Joan Catterall. Roger married Joan in 1953. They were sealed to each other in the Idaho Falls Temple on April 1, 1955. Roger and Joan made their home in Pocatello where they have lived for the past forty-eight years, they raised six children here. Roger was employed as a carpenter/millwright for forty-three years. He had many interests and a great love for the outdoors. He most especially loved being with his children and grandchildren. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served faithfully in many callings for the church. He is survived by his wife Joan and his six children. Terry (Pamela) Glenn, Cherri Glenn, Stephen (Kathy) Glenn, Janet (Steven) Garrett, all of Pocatello, Keith (LaRain) Glenn of Blackfoot and Valerie (Scott) Wilson of Twin Falls. He is also survived by three brothers Jerry, Ronald J. and Garth Glenn and his sister Judy Bassett. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Kay Dee and a grandson Bradley James Glenn. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 2 p.m in the Lakeview LDS Chapel, (Poplar Street) with Bishop Reed Fanning of the Alameda 5th Ward conducting. The family will receive friends in the Cornelison-Henderson Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello on Tuesday evening, December 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. and from 1:00 -1:45 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the service in the Lakeview Chapel. Interment will be in the Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Pocatello with military graveside rites by the Pocatello Veterans Honor Guard. Gwendolyn Goff POCATELLO - Gwendolyn Goff, 74, of Pocatello, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2006, at a hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Funeral services are pending under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home.
