Hello Again List: Just wanted to let the list know that I have located census information on the parents of Andrew Allen Casner. William Casner is on the 1880 census in ID. This shows that he was born in VA circa 1823. His wife, Elizabeth, age 27, was born in OH. They have four children in the home: Jennett Casner (b1873 ID) George Casner (b1875 ID) Elizabeth Casner (b1877 ID) William Casner (b.1879 ID). All of this is sufficient information to prove that it is not the William Casner that I was searchng for. My particular William Casner was born circa 1866 in OR and was the son of Riley Casner. Just wanted to let the list know. Liz Freeman In OK! I'm searching for information on Andrew Allen CASNER (b11-5-1883 d6-13-1953) who is buried at Riggins Cemetery. Indicatin is that he was born at Idaho City, ID and that his parents are William and Elizabeth Casner. His wife, Helen Casner (b11-21-1896 and died 7-1984/85) is also buried in the Riggins Cemetery). I have reason to believe that William Casner (father to Andrew Allen) may be the son of Riley Casner. Riley Casner is one of 13 sons and 1 daughter of Henry Casner and Jincy Jane Fields Casner. I'm wondering if there is anyone on this list who might check the newspapers of the time for a death notice or obituary for Andrew Allen Casner (d6-13-1953) to see if it gives any information about his ancestors.!
