His name might have been named Peter or JAmes. WOuld have had a brother named William who was borm in Lancashire, England. My unnamed Cottam lived in Snowville for a time with William. I know about the Cottams in ST George. I've a friend that is related to Thomas Cottam and Catherine Livesley. Never been able to put the two families togather with a common ancestor.
