I have just recently received an origional of a land grant issued to my ggrandfather, Frank E. Fisher, signed by Teddy Roosevelt in 1905 for 162 acres of land in Meridian, Idaho. I am seeking information on how to locate additional information on mining claims during the period of time in Idaho. I have been in contact with the Bureau of Land Management and have infact found that this document is on file and have received a certified copy. Any information on early mines in the Boise or Meridian area between 1900 and 1905 would be very greatly appreciated. Greg Rogers
