Searching for GUNTHER/GUENTHER. Time frame...1870s-1910 or so when the whole Gunther family moved to CA. They were all Lutheran and were members of St Pauls in FtD. Especially looking for info on the patriarch of the clan, F. Justus Guenther. He was killed by a falling tree on Feb 18, 1879 in or near Ft Dodge. Would love to find an obit, death record or some official records to substantiate family legend and a listing in the book "Historic Fort Dodge". Gary Speck GTUSA@aol.com
