Ia Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Ia/Webster/10202 Surname: Wagner, Olmstead ------------------------- Birth certificate of my father, Laurence Milton Wagner, shows he was born in Fort Dodge, Webster County, Iowa on 9/14/1907 but birth certificate was not issued until 4/25/1941. He was adopted as an infant by Freeman Wagner and Phoebe A. Olmstead Wagner. I am seeking info on Wagners and possible ways to open the adoption records to get info on his birth parents. He and adoptive parents are now dead. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.
