I am looking for info on my great-grandfather Howard GILSON. He was born 9/28/1888 to Frank (b. 1852 IA) and Hattie (b. 1867 WI). As of 1900, he had 2 brothers and a sister and was living in Fort Dodge. Is there a birth index that I can search to find info on his parents or something?
