Jeremiah Brower was also a Mason, of a very high level in Iowa. Jeremiah Brower (sr.) died 1875 Wayne Co. IA. Martha Brower was seen in the 1880 census at Wayne Co. IA with her Mother and sister Cynthia Ann Brower. Martha Brower came from Iowa with her sisters: Emma/Emily Brower, Amanda Brower, and their widowed mother Mrs. Nancy Brower, and their brother Jeremiah Buchanon Brower, who died in 1916 at Portland, OR. They first lived in La Grande, Union Co. OR. Emma and Amanda and Martha all married in La Grande. Emma married John Mills. Amanda married John Farrell. Martha married Daniel Dill. Nancy Brower died in 1901 at La Grande, OR. I am hoping that some DILL researcher from Washington may be able to give information about the final resting place of Martha Brower, which is probably in WA. Also, by finding any Brower/Dill researchers in WA, perhaps we can find more Brower history from them, especially the final resting place of Nancy W. Brower, and her daughters.
