They have alot of information as Richard Moore was one of the first settlers in Washington County, and I think that he came here with his brothers and wifes. It was Richard Moore that had the son that died in 1836 and was the first (they think) to be buried in Moore Cem. Did you ever come to the cemetery? I'll search around for you.

Janet, I seen your posting on the IA Washington mailing list. I have photos of Richard & Rebecca Moore's headstones and willing to share. If you know of anyone who's taking photos of those buried in the Moore Cemetery, I would like photos of the Tucker family. These Tucker's are related to me.
